OPPThe previous owner of the Mattawa Junior A Blackhawks has been charged with several offenses by the OPP.

27 Year old David Beauchamp has been charged with with 4 counts of false pretences, two counts of fraud over $5,000 and one count of fraud under $5000.

He has a May 6th court date.

The team is moving to Iroquois Falls near Timmins for next season.
