Councillor Jeff Serran says this is a win-win type of project.

Serran says they are putting a roof over the head of people at a cost they can afford to pay, and the majority of their income will not be going towards rent.

Serran says he previously had worked for the DNSSAB and that’s why he’s glad to see this work being done by Council.
