hockey-goal-1486733The regular season wraps up today for the North Bay Battalion while the Powassan Voodoos continue their post season with another lengthy tilt against the Kirkland Lake Gold Miners. 

The Battalion will play either the Mississauga Steelheads or the Peterborough Petes when the playoffs begin next Friday at 7pm.

The Troops will host the first two games with the second on Sunday at 2pm.

Before we get there though, the regular season wraps up today as Barrie comes to town.

In NOJHL action, the Powassan Voodoos picked up a 4-3 overtime win over Kirkland Lake last night to even their playoff series at one game apiece.

Tyler Peters scored the game winner.

This follows a game one that wasn’t decided until triple overtime on Friday evening.

Game three is in Kirkland Lake on Wednesday.
