Impaired driving related charges have been laid in three incidents within the OPP cluster on the same day.

A 35 year old Sturgeon Falls man was stopped at a R.I.D.E. check early Monday morning at Highway 11 and Seymour Street and was charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in the blood.

Later that day, Mattawa OPP charged a 38 year old Barrie snowmobiler with several offenses including driving while ability impaired, driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in the blood and possession of Methamphetamine.

The R.I.D.E. program was conducted at an OFSC trail in Mattawa.

And later the same night, another R.I.D.E. program on Highway 17 East near North Bay resulted in 2 charges.

The 52 year old North Bay man was charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in the blood and driving while ability impaired.
