The Cassellholme redevelopment is one of two items up for discussion at tonight’s Committee meeting of Council.

A draft recommendation supports a request for legislative changes to allow for Cassellholme to borrow the funds on it’s own for the redevelopment, and for the creation of urban and rural management boards.

An Age-Friendly Community Planning Grant is the other item.

Meantime, the regular council meeting will begin with a couple scheduled presentations.

One is on a casino while the other is an independent review of the North Bay Strategic Plan.
