A million reasons to smile

A North Bay man is a million dollars richer after winning a Lotto MaxMillions prize in the January 27th draw.

Dan Beaulne purchased his winning ticket at a gas station in Elliot Lake.

He says he started “crying like a baby” after finding out about his big win.

Beaulne, a recent newlywed, says he will spend his winnings on building a new house and sponsoring two children in Africa and the Dominican Republic with plans to visit them both in the near future.
