What’s described as “The Stanley Cup” of Ontario community theatre is on stage this coming week at St Joseph-Scollard Hall.

Gateway Theatre Guild is hosting the Theatre Ontario Festival with the top four productions from across the province involved.

Spokesperson Carri Johnson says the festival opens on Wednesday with Gateway Theatre Guild’s own QUONTA award winning production “Curved” which was written by local playwright Kristen Shepherd and directed by Maureen Cassidy.

Northumberland Players from Coburg, Theatre Sarnia, and the Curtain Club of Richmond Hill are also presenting their productions.

Curtain each night is at 730pm. Tickets are 24-dollars per show.
