Council has approved funding for Heritage North Bay to complete necessary window replacement and repairs along with masonry work at the North Bay Area Museum.

$107,000 is coming from the city.

Heritage North Bay also received a provincial Trillium 150 grant of $150,000 and $66,000 from FedNor 150.

A staff report says the windows and frames were installed on the historic CP Station in 1979 and are at the end of their service life.

The museum’s exterior walls are also in poor condition and need masonry repairs.
