The Ontario Government and Nipissing First Nation will be conducting research and data testing on Lake Nipissing stock again this fall.

In a release, the government says nets will be placed in the lake next month at randomly chosen locations.

The nets will be identified with MNRF and boaters are asked to avoid travelling inside the marked buoys.

The data that will be collected includes length, weight, sex, maturity and age of the walleye.

The project now in its 20th year will last for 3 weeks.
