Provincial funding dollars to 2 local organizations

MPP Vic Fedeli says Over 210 Thousand Dollars in provincial funding is coming to a pair of local organizations.

187 Thousand of it for Nipissing First Nation.

The money will help address employment training for abused and at risk women.

The rest around 24 Thousand goes to the Business Centre Nipissing Parry Sound to deliver a Women in Ontario program.

The funding being made available through the Ontario Women’s Directorate which works with women’s organizations to advance women’s equality, support safety initiatives and improve economic security of women.
