Ten CT33 Thunderbirds swim team members took part in the Fred Rams swim meet in Timmins on the weekend with three winning several medals.

Ryleigh Paralovos won five gold and a silver, Emilia Lainevool won a gold, three silver and a bronze while Olivia Trottier won a gold and bronze.

All three had personal best times in their events.

Meantime, top six finishers included Abigail Betsill, Timothy Corbiel, Abigail Crewson, Annika Lainevool and Meghan Norman.

Melody Farrell and Grace Hong both achieved personal best times.
