Convocation ceremonies at Nipissing

Convocation ceremonies are taking place next week at Nipissing University, with three ceremonies in North Bay and one in Brantford.

Honourary degrees are being bestowed on three people.

Debra Lynne Brown is the original choreographer for Cirque du Soleil.

Dr. Dawn Memee Lavell-Harvard is the President of the Native Women’s Association of Canada and Jerome Berthelette is the Assistant Auditor General of Canada.

Over 1,000 students are graduating from Nipissing University next week in four separate ceremonies.

All North Bay convocation ceremonies will be held at the Robert J. Surtees Athletics Centre.
