North Bay Police have made a 2nd arrest in connection with a controlled drugs and substances act investigation following a complaint last Friday.

Police say they executed a search warrant on Wednesday night on Lakeshore Drive.

45 year old Lloyd James Simon is charged with four offenses including trafficking in Marijuana, production of Marijuana and careless storage of a firearm.
